About the Role:

A monthly Business review analyst is responsible for preparing and presenting monthly business reviews to senior management. This includes collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement. Not looking for people from a background with software development/user stories.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify trends in the data and develop insights that can be used to improve business performance.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews to senior management.
• Make recommendations for improvement based on the analysis of data and trends.
• Work with other departments to implement recommendations and track progress.
• Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including financial statements, operational reports, and customer surveys.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Tableau and SQL as part of data aggregation process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field within the financial industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 - $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
