Position: Jr. Data Analyst

Location: Gary City, Texas, United States

Job Type : Remote / Hybrid

Duration: 6 - 12+ Months Contract (Open for Contract to hire as well)

Visa : Any EAD (USA) or Citizen

Compensation: $65,000-$95,000 (Negotiable)***

The Outcomes Associate will complete manual customer outcomes testing inorder to determine whether good outcomes have been achieved for customers across a variety of products and channels. The Outcomes Associate will work closely with the wider business to plan action around improvements.

We are looking for someone who has had experience in the Financial

Industry, preferably in an outcomes testing or QA role. The successful

candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the creation and delivery of reports
  • Evaluating conduct risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Understanding end user needs and influence the product maintenance and development.
  • Partnering with our Operations and Product teams to influence change
  • Completing in-depth analysis of interactions in order to make a judgement call around whether "good" outcomes have been achieved

Skills Required:

  • Skilled in simplifying complex findings
  • Strong problem solving aptitude and idea generation, with the ability to go from conceptualisation to execution.
  • Ability to manage own workload and deliverable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to forge meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • Experience with Tableau.(Optional)
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Familiar with Python, Big Data. (Optional)
  • Relevant educational qualification or degree in Data analytics or Data Science or Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent qualification. (Required)
