Data Analyst-

Skill : Big Data Business Engagement Manager

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years prior professional experience in Computer Information Systems/ Big Data technologies and/or Solution Engineering

· Conceptual knowledge and hands-on technical experience with Big Data Platforms infrastructure (Hadoop)

· Conceptual knowledge and hands-on technical experience with implementation of data processing, data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning tools.

· Solution architect experience

· Experience with data analysis and reporting (including ETL and BI tools)

· Conceptual knowledge of cloud technologies (hands-on technical experience is a plus)

· Experience with automation (RPA) is a plus

· Great verbal and written communication skills

· Self-starter

Responsibilities:

· The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding of the new customers (projects) to the big data platform: guiding customers through the process, advising on platform product offerings, collecting and reviewing technical requirements, providing expertise to resolve technical questions related to products delivery and implementation.

· Participate in architecture review and capacity analysis.

· Create basic standard project documentation for project completion

· Prepare analysis and explanations to enable proper interpretation/evaluation of specifications, performance characteristics, or other technical data.

· Evaluate opportunities for process improvement and automation

· Identify problems as they occur and takes proactive steps to solve them.
