Senior Business Analyst – Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Company & Role Overview:

Socium are exclusively partnered with a well-established global shipping and logistics organisation with huge YoY profit growth.

Situated out of their Houston, TX office, they are looking to on-board an experienced Business Analyst; someone who is highly experienced in bridging the gap between tech-enabled software engineering teams and senior internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of implementing business requirements in-to tangible technical solutions.

If you’re a passionate problem-solver with excellent communication skills with an eye for seeking out blockers, optimising inefficiencies and collaborating with international teams then read on!

Required Skills for this Role:

· Experience in writing requirements on Azure DevOps platform

· Working closely C-suite level individuals and technical software teams to translate real-world business problems in-to tangible IT solutions

· End-to-end UAT Testing experience

· Experience working with Agile methodology

There is significant scope in this role for a proactive Business Analyst to actively shape the trajectory of this position; if you are a passionate, commercially minded Business Analyst that’s comfortable with e2e UAT testing, then this may well be for you!

Remuneration & Remote Working:

This is a hybrid role; our client have an office in Houston, TX though all people are empowered to work according to a flexible schedule, with flexi-hours and ample remote working.

We are offering a highly competitive remuneration package; paying up-to $115,000 p.a plus other benefits
