Business Analyst Jobs

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Full-time conversion will be based on performance. There is also a 10% bonus structure and benefits are offered during the contract period (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance)

GroupA is hiring a Business Operations Analyst who is responsible to measure, analyze, and report on critical cost performance measurements and operation efficiency metrics. This role will identify areas for improvement, recommend improvement initiatives, and track the incorporation of the improvement initiatives.

• Create, monitor, and maintain metrics and key performance indicators, identifying resulting risks and opportunities
• Audit and confirm the validity and accuracy of all data being reported data
• Assess future risk, opportunities, and effectiveness; translate results into meaningful solutions to enhance decision-making; present findings to various levels of leadership
• Review data capture processes and procedures; recommend modifications to systems to ensure all relevant metrics data elements are collected as a part of defined standard operational procedures
• Provide cost/benefit analysis for various projects, as needed
• Perform reconciliation & variance analysis of monthly operations expenses
• Generate weekly and monthly Operations metrics, including data gathering and entry; reports include Annual Operating Budget, Monthly Operating Forecast, Monthly Financial and efficiency metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
