Data Analyst Jobs

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from multiple sources.

Writes SQL scripts, queries, and stored procedures to extract data

Utilises best practices in data management to ensure the integrity of the

data, the quality of data processes and delivers analyzable or analyzed data

to a variety of internal and external clients

Performs ad hoc and structured data analysis

Collaborates with the leadership team to deliver KPIs for monitoring

departmental performance

Develops and maintain concise and legible dashboards and interactive

reports which allow leaders to monitor current departmental performance.

Develops and maintains industry specific reports using iClassPro customer

data.

Conducts market research in respect to other providers and opportunities

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills:

Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Extremely organized with great attention to detail.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collect, clean, measure, organize and analyze data.

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred) or

Tableau.

A minimum experience of two years working with BI tools with a sound

knowledge of database management, data modeling, business intelligence,
