We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Fort Capital team. This person needs to be relentless in their pursuit of total accuracy in their tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

–Collaborate with all departments to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions.

–Develop, implement, and maintain SQL queries to extract data from our Google BigQuery data warehouse and support business decision-making.

–Ensure data accuracy and accessibility within our data warehouse, implementing necessary checks and balances.

–Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business strategy and process improvements.

–Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics, providing real-time insights to the company.

–Analyze company processes, identify areas of inefficiency, and propose solutions for optimization.

–Work closely with the Technology and Operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of new systems, processes, and models.

–Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by training and supporting other team members in the use of data tools and systems.

–Participate in special projects as needed, providing analytical support and guidance.

REQUIREMENTS

–Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

–Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role preferred, but not required.

–Intermediate knowledge of SQL and experience working with data warehouses or relational databases.

–Based in the Fort Worth office.

–Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

–Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

–Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

–Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
