Business Data Analyst Jobs

We are looking for a Strong Data Analyst to join one of our clients large engagements.

:

• Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate these requirements into effective analytics solutions.
• Analyzing and interpreting complex telemetry data to generate meaningful insights that provide visibility into the CS team's progress.
• The candidate must be able to work from our Plano, Texas office 3-4 days per week.
• Applying knowledge of AI principles to enhance analytics processes and derive success criteria necessary to meet our goals.
• Extensively using Gainsight, including Looker studio, to integrate data from various sources like SFDC, Support Portal, Support Cases, JIRA tool, etc., to drive insights and decision-making.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, Gainsight, Google Sheets, and other analytic tools for executive level, mid-managers, and individual contributors.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras, Jupyter Notebook, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, RapidMiner, KNIME, Weka, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Google Analytics, BigQuery, AWS Sagemaker, IBM Watson.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
• Extensive experience in using Gainsight, Tableau, Google Sheets, and other related analytic tools.
• Certifications like Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), SAS Certified Data Scientist, Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, Cloudera Certified Data Analyst, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, any AI certifications
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, with experience working on AI-related projects.
• Familiarity with AI methodologies and how to apply them in a practical business setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks).
