Job Responsibilities:
  • Involved in scheduled release meetings for the server maintenance and change requests.
  • Responsible for systems & process design and implementation
  • Analysed all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology: gathering requirements, analysis, testing, and reporting to stakeholders
  • Responsible for business documentation and deliverables and participated in requirement validation/ analysing sessions leveraging business expertise to facilitate a clear understanding of the requirements.
  • Prioritized and coordinated deliverables among the various IT Teams.
  • Conducted gap analysis between the existing application and stated customer requirements and actively participated in data mapping from XML tag and flat files.
  • Managed the Design/Scoping phase and worked with the development team;
  • Functioned as business expert during project presentations to the client.
  • Deliver precise functional specifications to include functional hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to clients and development staff
  • Supported the Testing Team with understanding the business requirements as well as resolving ambiguity logs. Participated in reviewing and approving test case scenarios and test case steps and results. Participated in executing Test Cases.
  • Involved in meetings with project manager, and team members to resolve issues and roadblocks during the project.
  • Participated in Implementation Planning leveraging their business expertise to facilitate a complete implementation plan.
  • Participated in Design Sessions leveraging their business expertise to facilitate a solid business design.
  • Supported Developers in solving technical problems by providing business knowledge.
Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience related to information technology
  • Experience with XML, HTML, EDI, Agile Methodologies, SharePoint, SQL, and BPM tools
  • The minimum requirement for this position is at least a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field of study.
  • 3+ years’ experience in technology development and deployment
