About the Role:

Title: Business Process Analyst

:

A monthly business review analyst is responsible for preparing and presenting monthly business reviews to senior management. This includes collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Work with other departments to implement recommendations and track progress.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews to senior management.
• Identify trends in the data and develop insights that can be used to improve business performance.
• Make recommendations for improvement based on the analysis of data and trends.
• Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including financial statements, operational reports, and customer surveys.

Must Have:

• Experience with Monthly business reviews.
• Lean six sigma certified (black belt preferred).
• Reporting experience with Tableau, SQL query, financial domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field within the financial industry
• Experience with Tableau and SQL as part of data aggregation process
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: Plano, TX

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
