Brand Experience Project Manager (Remote)

Primary Purpose of this Role: Manage informative and compelling brand experience campaigns by strategizing, planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of the process. This is a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery for global marcomm. Brand experience project manager will operate in a fast-paced, agency-like environment.

Essential Responsiblities May Include

• Develop a thorough understanding of the intricacies of the Hiring Company business to be able to thoughtfully create engaging brand experience campaigns.
• Develop project plans, maintain timelines, manage stakeholder expectations and monitor the progress of projects from beginning to end.
• Participates in brainstorming sessions, key milestone meetings and status meetings with the team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and team/business priorities.
• Leverage company tools and creative brand standards to build and distribute communications to the required audience.
• Work with designers to create compelling graphic design, digital design and overall user experiences that are visually engaging and on-brand to drive candidate, colleague and client engagement.
• Develop written and visual presentations to package formalized recommendations, concepts, and solutions.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for team members regarding the ideal solutions for brand experiences and communications that will meet the project deliverables and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred or related experience required.
• Six (6) years of marketing agency experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
