Associate Sales Representative Jobs

Assists in up-selling to full scope of laboratory diagnostics services to existing accounts within an assigned territory. Provides continuing education to the customer on new technologies, laboratory testing and insurance participation. Assists in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Responsibility

• Drives sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis and follow-up.
• Introduces new products and services to customers.
• Participates in identifying potential new products and services.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of tests and services provided by competitors and utilizes information to solidify or enhance market position.
• Increases the profitability of existing accounts.
• Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
• Maintains a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity products.
• Ensures compliance with company policy and government regulations.

• Builds relationships at multiple levels within the account (e.g. physician, office staff), with internal support staff and with operations to maximize efficiency of processes.
• Targets key accounts for growth in line with market strategies.
• Manages other projects/responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Job Qualification

• 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
