Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel

Provides case coverage for assigned accounts

Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field of study; or an equivalent level of education and experience

Exceptional verbal/ written communication skills

Travels throughout assigned territory to call on current customers and solicit new and profitable business

Responsible for assisting in growth of new and current business

Schedule and execute in-service training at customer sites

Train clinic staff in proper processing of requisitions and sample collection procedure

Develop proficiency with administrative tools including Microsoft 365, Concur, HighSpot, Learning Management System as well as other administrative tools.

Equivalent mix of education and applicable microscopy/ imaging experience from an accredited institution considered.

Develop proficiency with Elton inventory control software to maintain and manage sample account.

Provide Sales Manager with weekly call reports via entries into CRM Calendar and weekly update of CRM open opportunities

Bachelor’s Degree in Life or Technical Science or equivalent experience required.

Strong interpersonal communications and computer skills are necessary.

Knowledge of sales techniques typically gained through education and / or on the job learning.

Understanding of vendor, distributor, hospital supply chain management.

1-3 years previous field sales experience

Prior medical device, business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred.

Introductory knowledge of company products and services.

Excellent written, verbal skills; ability to develop and present complex business reviews/presentations.

Must be able to manage time, projects, stress and conflict

Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication

Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university

1-2 years in medical sales or b2b is preferred

Approximately 50% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with Territory Manager and Sales Management

Experience in a Medical Education-related field

Collaborate and partner with the local Territory Manager(s)

A comprehensive onboarding training program and ongoing continuing education curriculums.

Must be willing and able to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements (Reptrax, other).
