What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Go getter mentality,, ability to prioritize, and speak to senior management at prospective clients who are looking at our enterprise suite of solutions.
- Daily, Monthly goals on both outbound and inbound sales generation. Tracking pipeline development and growth, while working closely with salespeople to improve your success rates.
- Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the initial sales touchpoint, and are critical to the sales organization as they grow and development our sales pipeline. Success in this role directly impacts revenue generation, and how the company successfully engages and interacts with our customers. SDRs both inbound and outbound new opportunities and are the driving force for growth for our enterprise sales team.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- Team player, goal focused, client service focused, problem-solving abilities, strong verbal and written communication
- 2+ years of sales development experience
- Ability to move fast, ask insightful questions to clients, and work closely with our field sales organization to target and develop opportunities
- Fast learner, great listener, metrics driven
Nice to haves:
- Proficient with the best and latest sales applications for sales leads
- Financial client experience, government client experience, Fortune 500 client experience
- Crypto knowledge and experience
