We are excited to bring on an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. You'll not only generate outbound sales opportunities and qualify inbound leads but also build sales and marketing collateral and be instrumental in prospecting and developing new markets across the country!
  • Please note, this position is 100% remote
  • Salary: $21.63 per hour, plus commissions

How you'll add value:

  • Profile potential prospects via predetermined criteria
  • A focus on data cleanliness: Ensuring Lead, Contact, and Account Data is accurate and consistent within Salesforce, our CRM
  • Qualify inbound leads via phone, email, online chat
  • Record all activities in company CRM
  • High-volume of personal, strategic, value-added emails, calls, and social messages
  • Pre-conference outreach for industry events (phone/email)
  • Manage outbound high impact email program
  • Research and strategize approaches to create interest
  • Research, identify and prospect for new clients via LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo, and other web queries
  • Post-conference outreach to schedule meetings with interested companies
  • Secure meetings for Account Executives

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • 6 months Sales Development or outbound sales role focused on prospecting new business
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Microsoft software system experience
  • Desire to progress into a full-cycle sales position is preferred
  • Software sales experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of social media and marketing is ideal
  • Restaurant industry is a huge plus
  • Strong organization and time management
