Recruiter - Part Time

Envision Horizons is seeking an experienced US-based Recruiter to oversee all interviewing and hiring activity as we expand our team! The ideal candidate for this role will have experience sourcing candidates, screening applicants, scheduling interviews and collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needs of each position. This is a part-time role expected to average 20-30 hours per week.

Location: US-based only, Fully Remote

Salary: $28/hr, 20-30hrs per week

How you will make a difference:

Envision Horizons is rapidly expanding and our Recruiter will take the lead in continuing to hire top-tier team members.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through inbound and outbound recruitment via online channels
• Schedule selected candidates to meet with hiring managers and their teams
• Review assessments and resumes and conducts initial phone screen with qualified candidates
• Update candidates on the hiring process and the status of their application
• Report to hiring managers and leadership on the current candidate pipeline
• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assessment performance
• Some HR admin tasks as assigned
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions for current openings
• Identify candidates whose values align with our Core Values
• Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks
• Build assessments within Career.Place assessment tool
• Answer candidates’ questions regarding the application process

What You Bring to the Table:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 2+ years experience in recruitment and hiring
• Great time management skills
• Sound knowledge of relevant HR legislation and hiring processes
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment
• A team player who can work independently
• Skilled at candidate screening and interviewing
• BA/BS degree or experience equivalent
