General Summary:

The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a self-driven mindset, gets a thrill out of meeting or beating recruiting goals, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality talent sourcing. A natural self-starter: mature, credible, reliable, and comfortable dealing with all levels of stakeholders. In this role, the associate recruiter will be responsible for posting job opportunities, reviewing resumes, reaching out to potential candidates, performing initial screening, scheduling interviews, and working alongside our Sr Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve the end-to-end recruiting process.

Primary Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Perform other related duties as required
• Collaborate to effectively oversee key strategic stakeholder and candidate relationships
• Develop and execute effective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Attend recruiting events
• Builds rapport with candidates and potential candidates though timely and honest communications
• Source, network, and actively build relationships to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates effectively meets hiring needs and supports new business initiatives
• Manage and coordinates multiple recruitment activities simultaneously

Required Education, Experience and Certification:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical skills
• High level attention to detail
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies
• 1-4 years full cycle recruiting experience

Preferred Education, Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working in Greenhouse
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
