Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to help achieve our staffing objectives in a high growth, fast-paced environment. You must have at least 3-5 years of recruiting experience and be PASSIONATE about recruiting top talent. This person will play a critical role to ensure that we are the hiring the best people to model our HISDEL (Hardworking, Integrity, Solutions, Discipline, Education and Leadership) culture.*Please note, individual must be located in Salt Lake City*


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Prepares and posts job advertisements.
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Manages a pipeline of candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ApplicantPro).
  • Identifies and engages passive candidates through various platforms.
  • Consults with managers to discover hiring requirements and specific job duties.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, media, and internet sites.


EXPERIENCE:


3-5 years of full-life cycle recruiting in a fast-pace environment.

Recruiting experience preferred in Medical Device Company with focus on hard to fill roles in Sales, Service and Marketing.

Successful background using innovative research and sourcing methods.

Strong consultative skills in the areas of salary equity, internal movement, and workforce planning.

Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem solving skills.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • The role is fully remote
  • Salaried position with bonus structure based on roles hired
