Our Human Resources team is growing and looking for a Recruiter to join us! This role is fully remote and must be based out of the following states: OR, WA

Reporting to the Director of HR, the Recruiter will plan, develop and implement full-cycle recruitment and related strategies for assigned jobs with special emphasis on a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates.


As a Recruiter you will:

  • Create and develop a strong network of potential candidates with an active presence in the market and a deep research-orientated understanding of the industry.
  • Be the ambassador and face of MedBridge to prospective employees.
  • Monitor and input progress and activity into our ATS and Recruiting Dashboard in order to provide reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Provide a high level of customer service in consulting with and guiding hiring managers and departments in comprehensive recruitment policies and processes.
  • Manage and execute the entire recruitment process life-cycle, from sourcing active and passive candidates to scheduling interviews and offer negotiations - all while ensuring the interview experience is positive and equitable.
  • Help close candidates by understanding and communicating our Employer Value Proposition, and the positive, uniquely MedBridge aspects of our culture.


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Experience with sourcing passive candidates and candidate pipeline generation, employing varied techniques, demonstrating a creative and resourceful approach to finding great people.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to facilitate collaboration between candidates, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative.
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting and/or recruiting coordinator experience, will also consider SaaS sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems or CRM systems.
  • Must be passionate about people and solving people puzzles.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000, plus bonus


At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
