Job Description
Prometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal health and social services agencies, has an opening for a Recruiter to support the recruitment efforts of our growing firm.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand their needs and priorities with respect to filling sold and funded, unfunded, proposal, and contingent job requisitions.
  • Identify, select, recruit, and retain highly skilled candidates.
  • Focus on the identification, selection, and retention of the workforce through employee referrals and resource management while building diversity and veteran hiring programs.
  • Collaborate with Director of Talent Acquisition and senior management in support of staffing needs.
  • Participate in full life-cycle hands-on recruitment. Create and maintain appropriate records and tracking reports in relation to compiled research.
  • Proactively build talent pipeline and network of potential candidates by identifying, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for future growth targets and goals using internal and external tools and databases.
  • Create, analyze and track monthly recruiting metrics as agreed upon with management.
  • Must have experience maximizing social, mobile, and digital recruitment tools.


Minimum Requirements


  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically about best methods for sourcing and attracting talent.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR) and other sourcing solutions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships within the organization, from entry level to executives, to become a trusted advisor.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and be able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and have strong organizational skills. Must be able to work independently.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, SeekOut preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
  • 5-7 years of end-to-end recruiting lifecycle experience, preferably in the federal sector.
  • Experience supporting a robust and successful recruiting/talent acquisition team.


Preferred Requirements


  • Experience working for a federal government contractor in the healthcare consulting space
