Recruiter

Summary: TEMPORARY : The Recruiter will partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the campuses and to deliver best talent in the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships.
Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
Experience: Five plus years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff. Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience required.
Working Conditions, Physical Environment and/or Safety Requirements: Normal office setting.
Attends all related safety training and all other training programs as required by outside regulatory agencies and/or audits. Rectifies any specific job-related hazards for all areas of responsibility through appropriate measures.
