Recruiter - Pt

HyerTek seeks an experienced Part Time Recruiter. The person will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, recruiting, screening, and recommending staff using creative sourcing methods. if you have a background in managing HR benefits and policy development too, even better!

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure the achievement of staffing goals.
• Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates, such as job boards, online job fairs, community network events, etc.
• Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Partners with hiring manager and customers to determine staffing needs
• Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e., benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, etc.)
• Screens resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire (or not to hire), and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings
• Follows up with candidates, clients, and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and interview process
• Conduct first-round interviews
• Serves as an expert in recruiting candidates domestically and internationally.
• Maintaining pipeline for key positions and for future contract awards
• Post open positions on appropriate job boards, monitor each source's effectiveness and recommend new sourcing techniques that will help accomplish its recruiting goals.
• Other duties as required.

Specific Skills/Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting involving sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Skilled at identifying cleared / DoD-focused personnel.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR process formulation, HR benefits administration,
• Exceptional verbal and written skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field
• Skilled at IT and Professional Service-based recruitment.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers.
