Reports to: Director of Recruiting Summer Butler
Position Overview
Target Search (TSP) is hiring for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our organization. As a Recruiter with TSP, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our company's staffing needs.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with our company culture and values. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding the right talent for our organization.
We can support all client needs, but key familiarity in Multifamily/Commercial Construction as well as IT Contract staffing is a plus!
Responsibilities
  • Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions.
  • Selection and Offer Management: Coordinate the selection process, including arranging interviews with hiring managers, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers to successful candidates.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information is maintained in the ATS and use the system to track and monitor recruitment activities.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to enhance the recruitment process and meet staffing goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on current recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition, and provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Must be able to follow metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice by attending job fairs, networking events, and engaging with potential candidates through social media platforms.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Associates Degree or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Full-time Pay: $35,000 - $40,000 (DOE) per year plus commission. Base Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance, Flexible schedule Health insurance (Aetna), Health savings account, Life insurance, Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: 1 year 2 years 3 years Schedule.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment is a plus.
