Job Description

North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), a leader in anesthesia and perioperative services, is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to identify clinical talent for open requisitions and support the building of NAPA’s talent pipeline. The position is remote and will allow the Clinical Recruiter flexibility in working from a home office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate itinerary for site interviews in conjunction with hospital/site administration.
  • Inform and send candidates information regarding site location, benefits and compensation.
  • Match candidates to any vacancies across NAPA. Review for qualifications and suitable match for position(s).
  • Conduct phone/video screens of candidates and professionally present candidates to Talent Acquisition Manager which includes summary, and CV.
  • Prospect candidates utilizing tools, such as cold calling, database sources, social media, text recruit job boards and other sources.
  • Prioritize sourcing efforts based on the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Identify part-time and full-time provider candidates for client sites.
  • Provide Talent Acquisition Manager weekly sourcing activity report to include metrics, sourcing plans, priorities and initiatives.
  • Facilitate the completion of the professional liability history attestation form, NPBD and risk management review.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure efficiency and adhere to timelines.
  • Present completed candidate file to Talent Acquisition Manager prior to the offer.
  • Enter all new candidate demographics, CV history and education information into iCIMS and update workflow.

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to work in rapidly changing healthcare environment.
  • Recruiting experience is preferred but is not a requirement. Other types of professional business experience, such as experience gained through an HR-related internship, will be considered.
  • Ability to work in conjunction with marketing and talent acquisition teams in a comprehensive team approach.
  • Candidate must possess versatile computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelors degree preferred
