Work closely with the Lifecycle team to build out new automated shopper journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Work with the Testing & Personalization team to further optimize our shopper journeys

Ensure processes and QA are all at the highest level.

Manage CRM end to end asset creation process

Manage the Quality Assurance (QA) process by ensuring all copy, links, and images are correct on CRM assets

Minimum of 1-2 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, push notifications) experience

Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS preferred

Experience working with an enterprise-level ESP (email service provider), such as Emarsys, Klaviyo, or Iterable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Develop and manage content strategy for mobile push notifications

3-5 years of email marketing or ecommerce experience

Experience with ESP (Braze or similar) and HTML, strongly preferred

Customer Loyalty - CRM Coordinator

Manage Zoho One platform, including user management, security settings, roles, profiles, and data management

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field

Proven experience as a Zoho One (CRM) Administrator or similar role, with a focus on customization, workflows and configuration

Previous experience with call center software and technology

Previous experience with the Zoho platform

Zoho CRM certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Administrator, are a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Translate business requirements into technical requirements for campaign development & execution

Bachelor’s Degree or two years related experience.

1+ year of professional experience writing SQL queries from scratch.

Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-experts

Data entry and acknowledgement is prompt and cared for daily.

Prior experience with CRMs and database reporting

Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access

1-3 years’ experience with CRM systems as an end user, analyst, or administrator preferred (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus)

2+ years of work experience in email and push notifications

Hands-on executional experience with Braze (or similar ESPs and/or Consumer Engagement Platforms i.e. Iterable, Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Minimum one years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator

Experience in building and deploying omni-channel messaging, including, email, push, SMS.

Partner with Marketing Manager on new item launch processes & flow of communication from Maison to field

Assist finance and marketing with creating monthly budget reports (T&E and A&P) and budget phasing and LE landings

Assist Marketing Manager with communication from MH Private Central team to region sales

Analyze product purchases and client baskets to suggest potential exclusive offers

Partner with HQ sales and marketing teams to understand forecasts and PCS exclusive commercial strategies and apply data to order planning

Responsible for daily monitoring of DTC marketplace to ensure accurate product availability

Strong project management and organizational skills
