The Max Mara USA Omni-Channel CRM Coordinator is responsible for supporting three major omnichannel teams: Operations, Marketing and E-commerce; with a wide range of projects/tasks ranging from administrative support to special events. This position requires a candidate who is a proactive, accountable, professional, charismatic, strategic, strong team player and super organized.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
If you’re an analytical thinker with a love for client strategy and cross-departmental collaboration, your
responsibilities will include:
CRM:
● Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly CRM reportings across multiple brands and channels
● Tracking initiative progress and effectively communicating results
● Ability to compile well-articulated performance metrics and create easily digestible content to share
● Creation of decks reviewing performance
● Calendar management on CRM initiatives
Operations:
● Manage DOS uniform orders twice a year
● Provide general departmental support and assist with day-to-day departmental needs
Marketing:
● Manage all event deployment processes
● Administer the entire GWP process for ALL channels
● Oversee receiving, organization and shipping of all supplies, gifts, packaging etc.

E-Commerce:
● Sales Force Assistance
● Provide general departmental support and assist with day-to-day departmental needs
REQUIREMENTS
● Strong proficiency in Excel and presentation-building skills a must
● Exceptional project management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and work cross-functionally
● High attention to accuracy, detail, and strong organizational skills
● Ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments
● Excellent follow-through practices
● Prior administrative and retail experience
● Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Tableau a plus
● Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written
● Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Word &
Outlook)
