Analyst I/Ii-Engineering (Remote)

The Analyst I - Engineering is primarily responsible for reviewing and creating jobs for callout and emergency repair construction jobs in the Jobtrac system. The Analyst will also reconcile invoices for callout work and buried drop work.
This position is perfect for an individual with a desire to learn in a very challenging, fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process Call Out jobs and Invoice reconciliations accurately and timely.
- Must be able to review, audit jobs and provide feedback as needed to internal and external teams.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations on appropriate courses of action.
- Apply known standards and guidelines to unusual or nonrecurring events, analyze problems, issues, and information to formulate conclusions and recommendations.
- Analyst is responsible for reconciling units that are submitted by the SSP contractors for all callout jobs, validating units entered versus FEA.
- Analyst will communicate with SSP contractors and internal engineers daily and must possess advanced oral and written communication skills.
- The Analyst must be able to provide timely and accurate data in written format for recurring and ad-hoc reporting.
- The position requires the ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, performing required duties within specified timelines. Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated Knowledge of, and strong aptitude in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- The Analyst must be able to provide accurate, timely and concise updates both verbally and written

- The Analyst will be detailed oriented and self-motivated
Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 0-2 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
