Health Plan Data Analyst Ii (Remote) ($58000.00 - $92800.00 / Year)

The Health Plan Data Analyst II is responsible for performing analysis of all data into, out of and within Hiring Company in support of the Health Partner Life Cycle team. SQL experience is preferred. Full-time, remote position.

Essential Functions

• Supports the verification of data accuracy through the use of Hiring Company data reconciliation tools
• Assimilate large quantities and/or complicated data into meaningful formats for tracking and status requirements.
• Develop queries to aid in information retrieval, validation and updating of provider databases.
• Perform any other job duties as requested
• Act as back-up for other team members as necessary.
• Serve as Project Manager for select HPLC initiatives.
• Monitors the quality of data submitted to regulatory agencies.
• Conducts root cause analysis on escalated provider data issues.
• Develops, documents and performs testing and validations as needed for process and system changes.
• Participate as a member of Health Partner Lifecycle (HPLC) team on all expansion and provider network development activities.

Education And Experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum of three (3) years of data analysis or experience in a health care setting is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
• Minimum of three(3) years of experience in data analysis and/or root cause analysis required
• Project management experience is preferred
• Experience working with data file reconciliation preferred

$58,000.00 - $92,800.00
