Centralized Schedulers (Remote/Varied Schedules Available)

Responsibilities

• Schedule, admit, and pre-authorize insurance for all patients in assigned area
• Direct calls to appropriate areas for services not provided in Centralized Scheduling
• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments for assigned services
• Distribute requested information in a timely manner

Qualifications

Required:

• Two or more years of direct customer-facing sales or service experience

Preferred

• Associates Degree or completion of a medical terminology program
• Two or more years of experience in a medical setting
