Agent, Travel Contact Center Travel - Remote | Wfh

Are you passionate about providing top-notch service to travelers? We're looking for a dedicated Travel Agent to join our dynamic Travel Contact Center team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to assist both Members and non-Members with their travel needs, spanning domestic and international destinations, across various communication channels.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within our designated territory.

Qualifications
High School Diploma; Graduation from an accredited travel school is preferred.
A minimum of eighteen (18) months of experience as a full-service Leisure Travel Agent is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques, including identifying customer needs, highlighting product benefits, addressing objections, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
As a Travel Contact Center Agent, you will:
Serve Members and non-Members via telephone, email, and web chat, offering a wide range of domestic and international travel-related products, with a focus on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor offerings.
Operate and be familiar with all ACA travel systems and relevant travel partner booking platforms.
Adhere to all ARC regulations and Club policies and procedures during asset collection and handling.
Efficiently answer and process incoming telephone calls, emails, and web chat sessions related to AAA travel, all while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor in line with our quality guidelines.
Participate as a user in testing new systems and procedures and mentor other Travel Contact Center Associates.
