Full Desk Recruiter - Commission Based

Masarna, a leading IT consulting and talent acquisition company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Full Desk Recruiter at Masarna, you will play a critical role in end-to-end recruitment, managing both client relationships and candidate sourcing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback and ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs, provide recruitment insights, and make recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate candidate data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent requirements and staffing needs.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure competitive advantage.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions using various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter or a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
