Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts

Payable Supervisor at our commercial construction company in Magnolia, Texas. In this role, you will be

responsible for managing the company´s administrative transactions for the construction department,

ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will have

strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing clients accurately

and timely.

• Process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing and verifying invoices, purchase
• Collaborate with project managers and Suppliers to resolve billing and payment inquiries.

• Ensure accuracy in coding, approvals, and proper documentation of accounts payable

transactions.

• Prepare and process vendor payments, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic

payments.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding balances.

organizing documents.

• Adhere to company policies, accounting principles, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

is preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Bilingual
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary and Benefits:

The starting salary for this position is $35,000, with the potential for growth based
