Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk
Full-Time

Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities - Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk:

  • Verify/Post Vendor Invoices
  • Communicate with AR customers for payment
  • Reconcile Monthly Vendor Statements
  • Finalize Daily Deposit
  • Compile Weekly Commission report (Excel)
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications - Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk:
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
  • Dependable
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • A positive attitude and a professional appearance
  • Accounts payable / receivable, general office experience
  • Computer literacy/Excel helpful
