JOB SUMMARY:
Travel Retail is one of the key strategic channels for L’Occitane group. In order to accelerate the business development in TR Americas, we are building stronger capabilities to improve our impact on consumer experience and services in the region. This position partners essentially with buyers and trade marketing contacts within our clients’ organization.
The role provides operational support to the Regional Director in driving business with Top Accounts by collaborating with all the departments involved: Field Supervisor, Commercial Planning, Marketing, Demand Planning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to Regional Director in analyzing sell-out and sell-in, identifying needs, threats, and opportunities
- Work on global implementation orders for the new brands
- Follow invoicing of costs on rentals (permanent & promo), decoration, GWP (gift with purchase) and all animation related costs
- Provide flexibility and support on any additional new business
- Forecast follow up
- Business Analysis and Reporting
- Client material requests: provide the accounts with samples & pre-series or any other material needed to enhance business potential
- Commercial and Customer Interaction
- Account Media and Digital requests: provide the accounts with audio & video, packshots, press kits, and all digital assets for upgraded execution on account platforms or partner platforms
- Pricing: support Regional Director in the pricing process
- Account data files: prepare and submit all the necessary files for assortment, novelty introduction, FIFO management, pricing implementation, product information.
- Support Regional Director by collecting and sharing Local Market Best practices to Distributors
- Animation Plans: coordinate marketing animation plans to help field execution with Field Supervisors, Marketing and Concept teams
- Trade Marketing
- Support Regional Director for Airlines and Cruises operators defining specific strategy, forecast and implementation
- Others
- Support on the budget follow up for Bas and staff trainings if needed
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Sell-In and Sell-Out targets on the perimeter and brand scopes (market share improvement)
- Consistency in animation plan execution and follow up
- Timeliness of customer data support
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- Master’s degree in business administration or similar
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years minimum in TR, Wholesale, Retail or Customer Service
- Beauty industry experience preferrable
SKILLS:
- Attention to detail and proven analytical skills.
- Relationship skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English, additional language is a plus
- Highly organized and effective at time management. Quick learner.
- Good proficiency with Microsoft tools, good digital awareness
- Flexibility and ability to handle multi-tasks and interact cross-departments.
