Senior Sales Manager (Travel Retail/Fmcg)

A well-known global brand within the FMCG/Consumer industry, has a Travel Retail arm of the business, and has opened a unique opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to cover North and Central America. Working with both the HQ and regional team, this role’s main objective is to lead the expansion of this organization’s travel retail business across US, Canada, and Central America.

Your new role

You will achieve and outperform annual objectives (net revenue, profitability, and fair market share) as well as develop solid mid-term growth plans (3-5 years). The key focus of this role is on brand and relationship building in order to accelerate sales performance across the region, working with an established customer base of distributors and further developing business. Ideally you will be based near the main hub of Miami, Florida, however this comes with 50% travel expected.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Travel Retail or FMCG/Consumer environment.
• Budgeting, forecasts, P&L analysis, running to end to end process of a sales business.
• Fluency in Spanish is essential to work with clients in the Central American region.
• Bachelors in economics or similar, preferred Masters.
• Distributor management knowledge would be a strong advantage.
• 8 years Sales experience in progressive roles, with at least 3 years in a Senior Sales position.
