Job Title: Business Analyst, Travel Retail LVMH Beauty

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

LVMH BEAUTY TR America division is looking for a business analyst, to integrate, control and follow the sales performance of all brands in the division Parfums Christian Dior, Givenchy, Kenzo, Benefit, Acqua di Parma, Loewe, and Fresh.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

DATA MANAGEMENT

Advanced skills in data management to:

• Synthesize data and communicate findings (infographics, presentations, KPI Dashboards).
• Integrate into the different Power BI data, and be able to update Power Bi, and introduce new clients, or brands.
• Build new reporting tools with advanced Excel techniques for consolidation of various data sources for monthly analysis of Sell Out and Sell In figures.
• Create Monthly reporting and consolidation of sales and competitor data.

BUSINESS PARTNER

• Analysis of topline & stock KPIs to ensure strict follow-up with the operational team.
• Provide necessary analytical support & business opinion to aid decision-making for the commercial and marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Advanced data skills (Power Pivot XL)
• Interested in managing a retail business
• Integrity
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Skilled in Powe BI
• Skilled in SAP
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a related field
• Fluency in English and Spanish & French is a plus.
