You are entrepreneurial minded, ready for long hours and stressful events, but at the end of the day you know you have one of the coolest jobs in the world.


Role Summary:

The Sponsorship Account Director will oversee key sponsorship accounts at Medium Rare across its sports & entertainment festivals, with a focus on live events. The Director will serve as a liaison between Medium Rare and our Sponsors working with our marketing and production teams to help bring partnership campaigns to life. You will be responsible for the lead day to day account management of multiple brand partners at each event and work closely with the internal teams at Medium Rare to achieve success. You will oversee branded integrations across live event experiential activations, branded digital/social campaigns, social media, and more, all while maintaining constant communication with our partners driving to hit their KPI’s and driving renewals.


Location:

New York City, Los Angeles, or Miami is preferred as a home base, but remote work is acceptable.


Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Medium Rare’s marketing team to execute sponsor campaigns, branded content creation, sponsored social media posts, copywriting, etc.
  • Lead key sponsorship accounts across Medium Rare’s live events and broadcast events, bringing fortune 500 brands to life in unique and innovative ways
  • Lead and maintain client relationships and oversee contractual campaign obligations while providing strategic direction to promote/activate against company initiatives
  • Work with Senior Director of Partnerships, Director of Partnership Development, legal team, and finance team on partner contracts, invoices, payments, and more
  • Manage the preparation and administration of sponsors program/project plans & track all program deliverables through completion
  • Reports to Medium Rare’s Senior Director of Partnerships
  • Lead the compilation of sponsor recap decks and case studies tracking measurements and KPI’s throughout the campaign
  • Work with Medium Rare’s Director of Partnership Development on sales proposals and prospective partner outreach
  • Manage on-site hospitality and VIP ticketing / experiences for Medium Rare partners
  • Work alongside Medium Rare’s production team to execute sponsors experiential activations, on-site needs, digital integrations, and more


Qualifications & Abilities:

  • People person with ability to cultivate relationships with brand partners
  • Understanding of of current digital landscape with social media knowledge
  • Willingness to work long hours outside of the traditional 9am-5pm. The Sponsorship Account Director role will require an intense schedule and travel around key events
  • Live Event Partnerships / Experiential Sponsorships / Brand Activations experience is required
  • Entrepreneurial, I get sh*t done attitude with ability to multitask across multiple partners and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Proficiency in Google Docs / Google Sheets / Keynote
  • Thrives in and contributes to a positive, collaborative and fun work environment
  • Excellent teamwork, problem-solving skills, and organization skills
  • 3+ years of relevant experience across Entertainment and/or Sports partnerships
  • A passion for Michelin Starred team dinners!
  • Bachelor's degree education or higher
