Overview The Inclusion and Diversity Director is responsible for leading the organization’s efforts to create and maintain an inclusive and diverse workplace. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of inclusion and respect for all employees. Detailed Job Description The Inclusion and Diversity Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of inclusion and respect for all employees. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and equitably. Additionally, the Inclusion and Diversity Director will be responsible for developing and delivering training and educational programs to promote diversity and inclusion. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or a related field
• Experience in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce
• Experience in developing and delivering training and educational programs
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Job Knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources, or a related field
