Diversity And Inclusion Program Coordinator

On behalf of a one of the fastest growing law firms, the Midtown Group is seeking an outstanding Education & Engagement Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Firm’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, event support, budgeting, attorney integration initiatives, attorney utilization support and general administrative duties. Other essential functions include collaborating with the DC Attorney Engagement team as well as the Firmwide Diversity and Inclusion department to implement the Firm’s DEI initiatives on a local level, including but not limited to onboarding, mentoring, professional development plans, promotion, advancement and retention processes. Developing and fostering relationships with all Washington, DC based Professional Networks, is also a component.

The keys to someone being well received and able to flourish in this role will come down to having at least two years of related experience in a law firm or comparable corporate environment, a high degree of professionalism, outstanding communication and organizational skills, and an ability to connect with the firm's attorneys, a highly intelligent and accomplished audience, on DEI related matters.

The salary range is from 75K to 85K or so, DOE, plus paid overtime and an excellent benefits package. This is a highly visible role that will come with lots of opportunities for growth and professional development.
