The Vice President Diversity & Inclusion will develop, drive, execute and measure the Company’s strategic initiatives for a diverse and inclusive workplace. This role will help lead and implement those strategies across multiple brands.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and implement innovative DE&I strategies and programs that align with the Company’s overall diversity and inclusion vision as well as adheres to the Company mission statement
• Advise and partner with business leaders and Employee Resource Groups to assist in the development of corporate diversity strategies that align with business initiatives
• Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of strategic DE&I initiatives; identify opportunities for growth and offer recommendations for continued positive impact.
• Promote a culture of inclusion through communication and engagement, in alignment with company strategic priorities and sustainability goals.
• Partner with HR team members (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Relations) to advise on the development and implementation of diversity recruitment, hiring and professional growth opportunities to elevate the Company’s hiring, promotion and retention rates of its diverse talent.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with external organizations that support Company’s vision of a diverse and inclusive workplace for recruiting, research, benchmarking, best practices, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Communications or a related field
• Experience in a formal diversity and inclusion position
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence important decisions
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Displays a sense of urgency; manages time efficiently and can meet tight deadlines
• Strong multi-tasker; flexible to changing priorities and managing multiple projects
• Demonstrated ability to affect organizational change
• Leader in driving results within the business and HR
