  • Act as a resource for associates with regards to concerns, observations, or allegations; assess and determine appropriate steps in partnership with People Business Partners and Associate Relations
  • Develop measures and metrics for assessing the effectiveness of diversity initiatives; evaluate programs consistently and make adjustments as needed. Prepare and share quarterly reports on the progress and impact of the initiatives.
  • Lead, inspire and manage the DEI team including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, development and succession planning.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to senior leaders to enhance their knowledge, application and capability within DEI.
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners including Senior Leadership Team, Belron, People Business Partners, COE leads, Business Leaders, Community Engagement, Communications, Social, Legal, as well as other external partners and vendors.
  • Keep current on diversity best practices, programs and developments through external relationships. Stay current on emerging issues and trends in DEI work and make recommendations as appropriate

  • 7-10 years of experience in creating and leading DEI initiatives and programs that are appropriate for the business and associates.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness managing diverse stakeholders including but not limited to executives, employee groups, external vendors and consultants
  • Must be self-initiating, exercise good judgment, and be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills required.
  • Versed in human resources and talent programs
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business or related disciplines
