Overview A Territory Alignment Manager is responsible for creating and managing a territory alignment strategy that maximizes sales and profit potential. This includes developing and executing plans to optimize the geographic distribution of sales resources, ensuring that sales territories are properly aligned with customer needs, and that the sales force is properly trained and motivated to achieve sales goals. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Territory Alignment Manager is responsible for developing and executing a territory alignment strategy that maximizes sales and profit potential. This includes:
• Developing and executing plans to optimize the geographic distribution of sales resources, including sales territories, sales representatives, and sales support personnel.
• Analyzing customer needs and preferences to ensure that sales territories are properly aligned with customer needs.
• Developing and implementing sales training and motivation programs to ensure that the sales force is properly trained and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing feedback to sales personnel to ensure that sales goals are met.
• Analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Working with other departments to ensure that sales goals are met.

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in territory alignment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
