Two years as an accounting, account receivables, customer service representative, or closely related experience.

Business or financial related degree will be considered in lieu of experience.

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, ERP system and CRM System.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to read, speak, and write English.

Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

This position reports directly to the Order Operations Manager.

Inventory management or warehouse experience preferred

Manage system Inventory Dashboard (for prompt receipts and fulfillments).

Any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Leadership.

1-3 years of retail experience, interiors/home furnishings field preferred or 1-3 years as a Store Associate at Serena & Lily

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Monitor and communicate order status updates to the sales team (including availability issues and backorder notifications).

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent years of work experience.

3+ years’ experience in system order management (entry to closure) with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Adapts to changes in the organization by proactively changing own work habits to accommodate new/different requirements.

Experience with ERP systems, Oracle

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities

1 year project management experience a plus

Wide knowledge of SAP, production scheduling, and inventory management

Customer Request Management (Handling daily costumer issues or concerns)

Modifies & Coordinate production schedules to meet project management priorities

Provide proactive and accurate information to project managers.

2 plus years experience working in Customer Service (or equivalent experience)
