Role Purpose Statement

We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated individual to join our Information Services team as a Meal Order Coordinator!

Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for processing all scheduled flights.
• Responsible for ordering meals for American Airlines or Key Account Customers.
• Will be required to work in other areas/duties as assigned.
• Responsible for processing CBASE diagrams.
• Prepare Cycle Change items for the food department
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Responsible for running departmental performance.
• Responsible for maintaining meal order overages.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Sabre and CBASE systems preferred.
• Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
• Must be fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• High tolerance to stressful environment.
• Must have strong basic computer skills.
• Experience with several LSG/Sky Chefs departments preferred.
