We are looking for someone who can process using ERP software (Zoho, NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, or similar)


What We’re Looking For

Management/Fulfillment Professionalto support our Material Management team. You should be self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong analytical background to optimize reporting and processing. Additionally, you must be a strong communicator, with the ability to communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers to ensure completeness concisely and effectively on the buy and sell side of our business. There is some repetition in the job, but also the freedom to always be curious and find new ways to improve our operations.


Location

Scottsdale (Pima and Via De Ventura in North Scottsdale)


Responsibilities

  • Inspect, approve, and process sales orders and purchase orders
  • Partner with Accounting to process and invoice purchase orders
  • Create and edit inventory items
  • Partner with Sales to complete orders
  • Support activities of 3PL organization
  • Manage digital and physical inventory
  • Make purchasing decisions
  • Interact with manufacturers, distributors, and partners
  • Create and complete Excel spreadsheets and reporting
  • Interact with shipping partners


Skills

  • Solutioning within prescribed rulesets
  • Excel navigation and proficiency - Required
  • Zoho or other ERP/CRM programs - Suggested
  • Excellent communication skills


Qualifications

  • Data-driven or quantitative analysis skills; Problem-solving and independent thinking
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Undergrad degree preferred, High School Diploma considered with equal experience
  • “Can do” attitude and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
