Overview of Job Function :

The Order Coordinator plays a key role in the Global Delivery Operations group. The order coordinator will report to the Manager of the Deliveries Operations group. The group is responsible for managing the flow of Verint’s products and services through the company’s global supply chain and ensuring deliveries of customer orders including support orders (RMA’s) and fulfillment of hardware and software revenue sales.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with other customer-facing teams in Verint such as Sales\OM\Customer Support\Logistics on order statuses or delivery issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully meet On-Time Delivery (OTD) and quality standards.
  • Ensure that the supply chain is operating as efficiently as possible by monitoring performance metrics, ensuring quality standards are being met and identifying ways to reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with other members of the supply chain including third-party vendors, contract manufacturers, and outsourced Service providers.
  • Review control reports including open orders, unconfirmed delivery documents, unallocated orders, and others to ensure timely follow-up on problems with orders and/or shipments.
  • Generate deliveries for both domestic and international open orders. Maintain, review, and troubleshoot the weekly status of deliveries in the system.
  • Coordinate the daily fulfillment of customer support orders.
  • Create and interpret reports on supply chain activities and performance, including sales orders, service levels, purchase orders, shipment schedules, and production schedules.

Requirements :

  • High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Adapts to changes in the organization by proactively changing own work habits to accommodate new/different requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent years of work experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in system order management (entry to closure) with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Preference to work EST hours, but open to CST, MST, and PST.
  • Consistently delivers results with a drive to follow through.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience with ERP systems, Oracle
  • Process improvement mindset
  • RMA experience
  • Basic technical understanding
