Job Description
:
Schneider Electric has an open position for Order Processing Specialist. This position is accountable for analyzing and prioritizing projects identified by the project execution team including ensuring adherence to the manufacturing process and assuring designated shipping dates.

What will you do?
  • Work with different department entities to implement continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide proactive and accurate information to project managers.
  • Monitor materials, production process, and their workflow to ensure on-time performance on priority projects.
  • Customer Request Management (Handling daily costumer issues or concerns)
  • Modifies & Coordinate production schedules to meet project management priorities
  • Prioritize projects in accordance with the current plant and supply chain situation.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelors degree
  • 1 year project management experience a plus
  • Data analysis a plus
  • 2 plus years experience working in Customer Service (or equivalent experience)
  • Wide knowledge of SAP, production scheduling, and inventory management
