Deliver and own the Academy and consultant focused training programs

Experience in designing educational programs independently and working with teams.

Develop educational training needs based on regulatory changes and identified staff, department and leadership needs.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in training/organizational development or master’s degree with a focus on training/organizational development/education and aging preferred.

Work with the Director of Learning on program evaluation and feedback.

Create learning materials, including training materials, for staff members, as well as develop and implement training programs for new employees.

Collaborate with local universities and technical schools to help promote the field of geriatrics.

Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related discipline.

Investigate benefits of organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session

Manage and maintain learning and development portion of intranet

Previous experience working with developing and implementing training curriculum; a focus in professional services preferred

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

3 years of experience in instructional design, development of eLearning and instructor-led training solutions in a corporate or educational environment.

Advanced working knowledge of Instructional System Design (i.e., ADDIE, SAM, and/or Agile) and Adult Learning Theory.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience work developing complex interactive scenarios and gamification.

Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite products with primary focus on Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Prior experience in Salesforce, HR, vendor management, or related roles is advantageous

Coordinating with vendor identity management teams to ensure prompt deprovisioning of system access for offboarding contingent workers.
