Learning And Development Specialist

Role Overview:

Korn Ferry has partnered with a leading professional services organization in their search for a Learning and Development Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. The Learning and Development Specialist will lead the organization’s employee development initiatives through all career levels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain learning and development portion of intranet
• Research and understand external training resources
• Partner with Leaders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
• Support Leaders in career coaching and progression for employees
• Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
• Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter expert
• Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
• Investigate benefits of organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Map out learning and development curriculums for intern through Director

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience working with developing and implementing training curriculum; a focus in professional services preferred
