We are looking for an experienced L&D professional to join our team in NYC.

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for the sales and induction training of recruitment consultants across the business in a hands on, operational environment. The position will focus on taking a lead role in the training of consultants across the group utilizing a range of different methods, including classroom, coaching and e-learning solutions, to meet the business and individual needs.
- Implement and carry out group training sessions/programs dependent on level
- Take a lead role in the training of junior Consultants and support Consultants in all aspects of their role
- Conduct onboarding training for new group staff
- Conduct bespoke individual and group training sessions Draft training feedback forms to follow up with Consultants and managers Review MBRS, appraisals and CPPs to assess progress and report to managers
- Taking an active role in the design and maintenance of the training material, including ongoing maintenance and development of the Stott and May e-Learning hub to ensure its up to date and relevant.
- Work across US offices, some travel required
- Deliver and own the Academy and consultant focused training programs
- One-to-one desk and virtual sales/process coaching
- Conduct Training needs analysis on individuals and make recommendations to senior Stakeholders based on your findings
- Help organize and run assessment centres, participate in Interviewing processes of top talent
- Providing verbal and written feedback to Consultants and key stakeholders/managers - highlighting strengths and development areas to ensure follow up and implementation
Must Haves:
- Ability to work independently and autonomously is a must
- 2+ years of experience as a Learning and Development professional in the recruitment industry OR 3+ years as a successful 360 recruitment consultant who loves working within the industry but wants to move away from the sales side of the job, this could be for you.
- Based in NYC
